Pay the way you already pay, in your own currency.
Paying a foreign software company usually means an international transfer, a pile of forms, and a conversion fee. It should not. We hold accounts in the region so most clinics can pay domestically.
Nothing is collected at signup. You only ever see an invoice after the 30-day trial, and only if you decide to continue.
India
Pay in rupees to our Indian bank account. No international transfer, no LRS declaration, and no forex conversion — the same as paying any domestic supplier.

Nepal
Pay in rupees to our Nepal bank account. Nothing leaves the country and there is no currency conversion to arrange.

Rest of Asia-Pacific
Transfers from most Asian countries reach our Nepal account without the paperwork a US transfer would involve. Tell us where you are and we will send the route that works from there.

United States, Europe & elsewhere
Standard USD payment, the way you already pay every other software vendor.
- Bank transfer (USD) — Wire or ACH to our account
- Card — Paid securely against your invoice

How it works
- Start your free trial — no card, and no payment details at signup.
- Near the end of the trial we email your invoice. Tell us you want to continue and we send the account details for your country.
- Pay by whichever method suits you, and send us the payment reference.
- We confirm receipt, usually within one working day, and your practice keeps running uninterrupted.
